Cinnamon Crusted Pecans

ingredients
1 cup pecans
1/8 cup almond flour or coconut flour
1 egg white
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon

directions
Fluff the egg white with a hand mixer and fold in the flour, cinnamon and sugar. Add water if the mixture is dry (typical with coconut flour). You want it to be a moist dough. Mix in your pecans and bake at 300 for 45 minutes.
