Sour patch kids Smoothie


This smoothie I made today so reminded me of eating sour patch candies as a kid. I didn’t plan on making a recipe out of it (just threw most of the ingredients in the blender) so this is the best estimate I have!

Yields 3 servings
ingredients + directions
Add the following to a blender:
3 kiwis
2 fresh Nectarines
1 small banana
1 lime juiced
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
3/4 cup almond milk
Then fill to top with spinach
Add water to blend.
After you have blended it to a smooth texture add 1 cup of ice and blend.
