Cherry Pie

Crust: Blend all ingredients in a food processor, then mold into pie tin.

1/3 cup coconut flakes

3 tbsp sunflower seeds

1/3 cup almond meal

1/3 cup hazelnuts

Filling: Blend all ingredients in a food processor, then pour over crust and let set in freezer.

1 tbsp 100% maple syrup

4 spotted bananas

cherries + raspberries (enough to make the filling turn reddish)

1 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup cashew butter
