Ingredients

1 small banana

Cacao butter

1 tbsp 100% maple syrup or coconut sugar

Cupcake Liners

Method

Melt the cacao butter on low heat in a pot. In a food processor blend the banana and sweetener. Pour the banana mixture into a bowl. Combine 1/3 cup of melted cacao butter with 2 tbsp of the banana mixture and process in food processor. Pour into cupcake liners and place in freezer. Makes 6-8 chocolates
