I had a request for this recipe I posted this morning on Facebook. I love the natural sweetness and gooeyness it has.
yields 2 servings
1 cup oats
1 and 3/4 cup water
1 spotted brown or over-ripe banana
1 spoonful natural unsweetened peanut butter (I didn’t measure, use to your liking)
1. Bring water to a boil and add oats.
2. Turn down temp to medium. When oats begin to thicken add peanut butter and sliced banana.
3. Cook until creamy and there should be almost no chunks of banana left.
4. Crumble some walnuts on top!
