My lunch today
I was kind of skeptical….but it turned out really good! i just threw some of the things I had together for a quick lunch
Whole wheat tortilla
To make the spaghetti squash cut it in 1/2 and steam for 15-20 minutes depending on size. Mine was rather small and took 16 min. You don’t want it too soft because it won’t string as well. Fork the squash and put it in a bowl. I seasoned just the squash I used for this lunch with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, basil and rosemary.
Put all the toppings on and enjoy!
