Pumpkin Pie Smoothie


Told you it was going to be a pumpkin week. I hate pumpkin recipes because you don’t have to use much and I like to use all the pumpkin in a box. So I am giving you lots of ways to use pumpkin!


Recipe yields one serving


1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
(Or you can do 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup water)
1 frozen banana
1 date
1 dash vanilla
1 dash pumpkin pie spice
1/4 avocado
2 tbsp oats
1/2 tbsp flax seeds

blend it up!
